The Skin Analysis treatment is available to book only on Friday 14th November 2025 and is open to guests aged 16 and over. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. As this is a one-day event, appointments cannot be rescheduled to another date. Please note that spaces are limited and treatments will be carried out in an open area within the spa reception where other guests may be present. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time, and the treatment is not suitable for pregnant clients.

20-Minute Bespoke Facial Treatment – £20

Seasonal Gift Boxes

Seasonal gift boxes will be available for purchase in-store only on Thursday 27th November 2025. These items are already discounted and are therefore excluded from any additional discounts or offers. Seasonal boxes cannot be purchased online.

20% Off Gift Vouchers

Guests attending the event on Thursday 27th November 2025 can receive 20% off gift vouchers purchased in-store at Spa Experience Ironmonger Row Baths. This offer is not available online. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used towards future treatments or bookings. Vouchers can be purchased for individuals aged 16 and over. The value of a gift card or e-voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged except where a fully unused online purchase is cancelled within the 14-day Cooling Off Period, which begins from the date and time of purchase. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.

The offer entitles the recipient to a 2-hour Thermal Spa Experience booking for 2 people at the price of 1 (£33)  at Spa Experience Kensington only.  Offer ends on 20th November 2025. In order to redeem the offer, a Thermal Spa: Bring a Friend must be added to the basket alongside a full-price Thermal Spa Experience priced at £33 . Advanced booking is required.  Multiple purchases are allowed for non-members only and are subject to availability.  Members are allowed to bring one guest per week only. Spa Experience by Better will not accept any claims where booking is not correctly applied at checkout.  A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any booking amendments.
