Twilight appointments are available every day from 4pm until Spa Experience closure.
Package includes one 25-minute treatment (excluding HydraFacial) and two hours’ thermal spa access.
Treatments and thermal access are subject to availability.
Available for guests aged 16+.
Standard treatment and thermal contraindications apply.
Full payment required at time of booking.
Cannot be used with any other offer or discount.

De-Stress & Matcha Package T&Cs

This promotional package is available for booking and redemption from 29th April 2026 to 30th May 2026 inclusive at Woolwich Waves Spa Experience only. Bookings may be made online, by telephone, or in person at the spa and are subject to availability. The offer is available to guests aged 16 years and over. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. This package is non-upgradable, however additional treatments may be purchased at standard prices. Bookings are transferable to another person. Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made outside of this period, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full and are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted only within the promotional period stated above. Late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment and/or thermal spa time, without entitlement to refund or compensation. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or package. All treatments and thermal spa access are subject to availability and standard contraindications.
